摘要:The purpose of this study was to discribe the effect of the ratio of net profit margin, size, firm age, leverage and management ownership to social disclosure in annual reports of high profile companies. The population were high-profile companies listed on the IDX period 2006–2008 with a total 198 companies. With purposive sampling the sample obtained by 44 companies. While the methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This study concluded that the net profit margin and size have positive and significant, whereas age, leverage and management ownership has no effect on social disclosure in annual reports of high profile companies.
