摘要:The background of research is based on the fact that every organisation have to concern on satisfying their employee. The satisfaction of employee is one of the criteria to judge the organisation success. The purpose of research is (1) to describe the effect of work aspects on job satisfaction and the dominant factors of those effect. The research method is explanative that the sample is 56 employees. Sample techniques is used by proportional simple random sampling. Research result indicate some conclusion as follows: wages, added salary, benefit, job promotion, and co-worker have been effecting on job satisfaction whereas co-worker is dominant factor on job satisfaction.
