摘要：The global economic crisis has resulted in various global financial institutions suffered losses and bankruptcy. Performance measurement of banking efficiency is useful for basic health and growth of the banking calculations. This study aims to measure the performance of Islamic banking efficiency before and after the global economic crisis. Through purposive sampling the sample obtained 9 companies. The collected data were analyzed based on Data Envelopment Analysis approach. The results showed that: (1) the condition of input and output variables have tended to increase growth, (2) the performance efficiency of Islamic banking in good condition, (3) there is no significant difference between the efficiency performance before and after the global crisis, both the CRS model and VRS, (4) there are differences in the efficiency of performance before and after the global crisis according to the scale model. Based on the research results suggested that third-party funds deposits in Islamic banking is used appropriately for the financing that supports the realization of optimal performance efficiency, used for financing activities in the real sector that can help national economic growth.
