摘要：This analysis focus of the restriction of fuel economic policy that will be implemented in 2011,observing at government and people logical related to how their impact respons based on this policy. The government has an authority which based on logical thinking to gain the aims of economy that is to create fair and justice of income distribution and to create economic eficiency and the balance of political economic. Meanwhile, the economic logical of people is based on how to be survive in orde to fulfill their needs through look into the effect of policy intervention in their daily life. People logical thinking is also based on how the petrolium price could be anticipated without any disadvantage. This analysist insist on how make the government certainty that should be considering the benefit and cost; finding the cheaper enery dan green environment and to create better mass transportation when dan before the policy is implemented. The suggestion of this analysis is 1) to improve the road infrastructure, trafficjams and mass transsportation; 2) to enhance the Vi-gas as an alternative fuel, 3) to create an eficiency of Pertamina cost production; 4) to increace the Premium fuel based on the purchasing power parity of people
