摘要:Present study aimed to propose a quality manual to optimize the role of supervisor of the school organization director in private institutions located in the parish of Santiago de La Punta Santiago,Libertador Municipality of Mérida. The aim is to solve a problem inherent to educational management, faced daily school organizations in relation to the supervisory function of the director. The study is based theoretically on authors who have studied educational quality taking as reference the school administration, that is to say, educational quality, management team and educational administration. Also is based on a quantitative study framed in the form of a feasible project, using as population private school teachers and the sample consisted of a total of 20 teachers and 04 directors. The instrument used for data collection is composed by two questionnaires of 28 items with response alternatives always, almost always , sometimes , never , almost never , one aimed at teachers and otherto directors. The same was validated through expert judgment technique, who recommended its application because the instrument is reliable. The results allowedto diagnose the situation and therefore to design a proposal structured into four modules, each one with specific themes to be developed in relation to the role of director and supervisor in the school organization. The proposed investigation allowed to conclude that the director of the school organization is the main supervisor, so it requires a training according to thethe demands of the educational system.
