摘要:The purpose of the research is to study Leadership in School Organization Subgrupal Triadic Game perspective and proportionalism which includes a manual for the director, based on organizational leadership Subgrupal Triadic Game applying proportionalism as an alternative for effective administration. The study is located within a qualitative methodology with specific strategies for this type of research, such as: the inductive, exploratory, descriptive and interpretive methods. These methods allowed data collection through a diagnosis directly from reality;as well as, a previous theoretical fieldwork gathering information through direct observation and questionnaires. Subsequently the information obtained was interpreted and analyzed. The population used corresponds to administrative staff, teachers, workers and civil partnership of a school. The research focused on a concept of the School Organization to suggest subgrupal triadic paradigm in education and proportionalism to improve leadership performance as a transformative element in educational processes and management of the school organization. The processing of information, both theoretical and data obtained from reality, concluded that:1) educational processes and management of school organizations must undergo profound changes, overcoming paradigms that reduce creativity. 2) School Organization requires a new perspective on leadership and holistic - systemic paradigm is an alternative. 3) It is important to implement a new vision Organizational leadership will lead to effective educational administration.
