摘要：Teacher's motivation has an important role in reaching educational target. This study investigates the factors which affect teacher's motivation. This is a descriptive correlational research to find the relationship between leadership, professionalism and school climate, and teachers' motivation. The research participants are 250 teachers of state senior high schools in Pontianak City . It was found that there is a positive correlation between leadership and school climate, leadership and teachers' professionalism, school climate and teachers' professionalism, and leadership and teachers' motivation.
