摘要：The present essay analyses an almost symbolic phenomena on intergovernmental management. Analyses the respected Economic Outlook, an OCDE publication, wich provides support to the main countries in the world. In the text analysis, made upon three last eighteen years momentums, a self explained technicist-cientific thought has come up, becoming self centered on countries management republics. As consequence, submisses other social knowledge, go through any mediations and conquers itself as new capitalist knowledge mythology. Its economics and managerial analysis, the ones refered to governments and Western Europe markets, or the ones extended to the whole world, in a manner that bring up formulas and recipes of the supposed consensus of capital which makes invisibles the national processes of public goods management. On the demanded symmetry, such essays become similar to the dramatic stories of world folklore. Become myths. Such ideas Begin to be seen as denial ideology of acquired social goods as work, social secure, education, health and migrants reception. The set vision completes itself through the repercussion of Economic Outlook on special issues produced by OCDE which are about health and job policies. One of the answers indeed is the crisis which we are still in.
