标题：Análise de uma audiência de instrução à luz da análise textual dos discursos: um desafio

摘要：O presente estudo, amparado pelo arcabouço teórico-metodológico da Análise Textual dos Discursos (ATD) e por concepções da Semiolinguística, visa a analisar uma conversa face a face ocorrida em uma audiência de instrução em contexto jurídico com base na estrutura da sequência argumentativa.A relevância do estudo está em mostrar que a Linguística Textual apresenta-se apropriada para a análise dos discursos no âmbito do texto oral.A lacuna que se visa a preencher com o presente trabalho concerne à análise que toma o texto oral como objeto empírico cuja contextualização transcende o pressuposto da fugacidade, da instantaneidade e da temporalidade amenizando a ressalva de Jean-Michel Adam, segundo a qual a oralidade é diferente da escrita, cuja contextualização vai “de texto a texto”.Os dados que se prestam como material analítico para este estudo advêm da gravação em áudio de uma conversa face a face entre uma juíza e um réu em contexto de audiência de instrução em um julgamento em um tribunal de 1ª instância de um crime de tráfico de drogas no foro de uma cidade da região metropolitana de Porto Alegre (RS) em 2008.Através da análise, percebe-se que: (a) os movimentos argumentativos realizados pelos participantes encaixam- se na estrutura da sequência argumentativa prototípica proposta por Jean-Michel Adam, além de obedecer aos princípios da organização argumentativa proposta por Patrick Charaudeau e (b) as várias operações enunciativas empreendidas pelos falantes permitem ao ouvinte ter o todo significante do texto.
其他摘要：This study, supported by the theoretical framework of Textual Linguistics of Discourse and by some Semiolinguistic concepts, aims at analyzing a face to face interaction in the context of a legal hearing audience based on the structure of argumentative sequence. The study relevance relays on demonstrating that Textual Linguistics is suitable for the analysis of discourses which belong to speech domain. The gap intended to be filled in by the study concerns the analysis which takes speech as the empiric object whose contextualization transcends the presupposition of fugacity, instantaneity, and temporality softening Jean-Michel Adam’s caveat, according to which speech is different from writing whose contextualization goes from “text to text”. The piece of data which served as analytical material for the study comes from a face to face conversation between a female judge and a defendant audio-recorded at a hearing audience in a trial of drug trafficking in a court of 1st instance in the forum of a town located in the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre. Throughout analysis, it has been observed that: (a) the argumentative movements accomplished by the participants fit the prototypical argumentative sequence proposed by Jean-Michel Adam, in addition of obeying Patrick Charaudeau’s argumentative organization principles, and (b) the declarative operations undertaken by the speakers allow the recipient to become aware of the whole meaning of the text.
