摘要：This paper outlines the study concerning the evolution of the Consumer Law consolidated in the Consumer Rights Code and laid down in the constitutional principles. The essay includes an explanation of the basic concepts of the consumer laws and the economic order. It briefly analyzes the effectiveness of paragraph V of Article 170 of the Federal Constitution regarding the present day consumer protection laws and builds, within a modern view, a connection between the constitutional principles, the economic order, and the consumer rights.
