摘要：In the present-day conditions, we need to stop seeing the creation of antirivers as an environmentally hazardous activity. The threat of a global water consumption crisis forces us to build the hydrotechnical systems that will have a significant environmental impact. The scientists’ task consists in prompt development of an interdisciplinary approach to their implementation, combining the resolution of technical, environmental and social issues.
