摘要：This paper analyzes a copy of a document dated at the Monastery of Poblet, 20th August, 1380. It states that the King Pedro el Ceremonioso was in the process of establishing a library in it. The absence of the original document as well as the existence of a single copy and several textual irregularities required a diplomatic analysis of the text, so that it could be adequately used as a historical source.
