摘要：Breves reflexões sotre as relações entre antropologia e administração. Encontro entre duas comunidades acadêmicas diferentes, a partir de observações e entrevistas realizadasnum espaço-tempo determinado: São Paulo, 1995. Representações que os administradores constroem sobre os antropólogos e vice-versa. Impasses e possibilidades de complementaridade entre dois saheres com tradições. visõcs de mundo, objetivos, embasamentos teóricos, metodologias, linguagens e historicidades diferentes.
其他摘要：This paper refers to anthropology and administration relations, using ethnography as a methodological approach. It is about the meeting between two different academic communities, from the ohservations and interviews done with anthropologists and administrators in São Paulo in 1995. This ethnographic research allows me to present and interpret in this article the representations that administrators and anthropologists do about each other, as well as to ask questions about the difticulties and possibilities of fulfillment between two different knowledges that have its own features: traditions, views of world, objectives, theoretic approachs, methodologies, languages.
