摘要：Works involving the concepts of individuals on the environment are important in the process of awareness of the community about the importance of nature conservation. It was realized a project for environmental perception of students from fifth and eighth grades of Municipal School Pedro Aleixo, located around the State Park of Serra do Rola-Moça. Visits were conducted at the School for knowledge of local research, data collection, and identification of target audience and implementation of the questionnaires. The results showed that some of the students, even studying and living close to the Conservation Unit, don’t have an adequate knowledge of the place and its context. Thus, it is necessary to structure environmental projects that directly involve the Environmental Education in School.
