摘要:This paper examines the evolution of the strategic management of an agricultural cooperative in Roraima. We attempted to analyze and discuss developments in management from fundamental concepts such as: Strategic Management and the peculiar characteristics of an agricultural cooperative specializing in the marketing of beef in Roraima. We gathered information about knowledge and expectations of boards and tax plus employees. Applied structured questionnaires and held case study of such Cooperative and documentary research. As we observe the results need to implement management strategies geared to income, furthering the ability of the actors involved.
