  • 摘要:Upon the student thought paradigm, the current study examines the literature about motivation theory, task orientation, and perceived competence. In teaching physical education, studies show that perceived competence influences student’s level of involvement at the tasks and his motivation. An atmosphere oriented to the mastery (task orientation) and appropriate tasks to student’s level of ability tend to create to students with either high or low levels of perceived competence, more positive experiences, high inherent motivation, stable and positive perception of competence, and, at last, positive attitudes towards the activities.
