摘要：El canvi és el tret distintiu de la societat actual. Com a conseqüència de la globalització, moltes organitzacions han iniciat la transformació de les seves estructures i processos per fer-los mes eficients. La incorporació de tecnologies d'informació i comunicació TIC ha tingut un paper important en les esmentades transformacions i han generat múltiples beneficis a molts sectors de la nostra economia. En l'àmbit de l'educació, encara que hi hagi molts nous postulats teòrics i pedagogies que apunten cap a una transformació del sistema educatiu, aquesta no s'ha portat a termini de forma integral; en essència, l'educació roman igual. Les institucions d'educació superior a Mèxic estan patint un procés de transformació, on sens dubte el professor enfrontarà grans reptes per redissenyar les funcions de la seva pràctica educativa. En aquest treball es descriuen alguns plantejaments per a la innovació de la pràctica educativa i la transformació del perfil del professor universitari, amb la finalitat de donar resposta a les demandes de les societats del coneixement.
其他摘要：Change is a distinctive feature of society today. As a result of globalisation, many organisations have begun transforming their structures and processes to make them more efficient. The incorporation of ICT has played a major role in this transformation and generated major profits in many sectors of our economy.In education, even though many new theories and pedagogies exist which point to a transformation in the educational system, this has not been comprehensively carried out. In essence, education remains the same.Higher education institutions in Mexico are going through a process of transformation, where, without doubt, the lecturer faces major challenges to redesign functions in teaching.Here we describe some of the strategies for the innovation of educational practice and the transformation of the university lecturer profile, to respond to the demands of the knowledge society.
