摘要：O presente artigo busca compreender como, no período técnico-científico-informacional, grandes grupos industriais, através das estratégias de multilocalização, diversificação, aquisição, propiciam a modernização dos lugares onde se instalam. Aqui analisamos como a indústria de alimentos Nestlé/Araras vem, através da expansão de novos sistemas técnicos (principalmente de informação), exercendo o controle das produções de suas matérias-primas em todo o Estado de São Paulo, modernizando os lugares de produção, levando-os a participar do movimento da globalização.
其他摘要：This article search to understand how, in the technical-scientific-informational period, large industrial groups, through the multilocation, diversification, acquisition strategies, propitiate the modernization of the places where they settle. Here we analyzed as the victuals industry Nestlé from Araras - São Paulo come, through the expansion of new technical systems (mainly information), exercising the control of the raw materials productions in whole São Paulo State, modernizing the places of production, bringing them to participate of the globalization movement.
