摘要:This article proposes a theoretical framework to understand Organizational Culture. Its perspective derives from Gestalt Therapy Theory, which has constructed parallels with Systems Theory in order to develop an organizational approach. Gestalt organizational theory considers organizations as liven organisms, which relate themselves in a reciprocal way to their environment. The paper adopts a perspective that considers culture as a metaphor and relays upon a theoretical model that indicates seven references to approach organizational culture, which were related to Gestalt-Therapy contact theory. Based on them, the theoretical framework has been proposed, presenting the core idea: organizations themselves develop relationship patterns along their existence, which build a cultural core or nucleus that could be called organizational self.
