摘要：Due to different life style and values, crime characteristics of the new-generation migrant workers are different from that of the first-generation migrant workers. Reasons for new-generation migrant worker crime can be explained by the theory of social deviance. Governance of new-generation migrant worker crime requires establishment of fair social security system, improvement in their cultural life, strength in their legal education and vocational training, as well as progress in services for new-generation migrant workers.
