An evaluation based on a diagnostic tool for management, answered by the manager of the library and an administrative staff of the institution where they were analyzed: strategic planning, organizational structure, infrastructure, human resources, quality policy and managerial role. It was noticed that at several points using the library management as main part of your day to day, but still need to make adjustments to better deliver their services.
