摘要：A pesquisa sobre produção científica e tecnológica dos pesquisadores da área de Engenharias, Ciências Exatas e da Terra da UFPB objetiva gerar indicadores para analisar a gestão dessas informações pelos diversos atores. Dos programas integrantes da área, Física e Química possuem conceito cinco, Engenharia Mecânica, quatro e Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Urbana, Informática e Matemática, três, o mínimo para credenciamento. A coleta das informações se deu no Caderno de Indicadores da Capes verificadas, num segundo momento, na Plataforma Lattes. Organizadas em tabelas e gráficos ilustram a produção de conhecimento dos pesquisadores, bem assim o perfil produtivo do programa. Há docentes em posições de liderança, contribuindo positivamente com sua produção científica e tecnológica para os programas. Todavia, há casos de docentes improdutivos e pouco produtivos, prejudicando o programa ao qual se vinculam, já que os critérios de avaliação estabelecidos pela Capes indicam que a produtividade, nesse quesito, corresponde a no mínimo 30% do total do conceito final.
其他摘要：The researchers' scientific and technological production of the areas of Engineering, Pure, and Earth Sciences of UFPB aims to generate indicators to analyze the management of that information for the several actors. Of the integral programs of the area, Physics and Chemistry possess concept five, Mechanical Engineering four, Production Engineering, Urban Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics, three, the minimum for accreditation. The data collection felt in the Capes Indexes verified, in a second moment, in Lattes Platform. The results were organized and presented in format of tables and graphs where are illustrated the production of the researchers' knowledge and the productive profile of the program. There are teachers in leadership positions, contributing positively with their scientific and technological production to the programs. Though, there are cases of unproductive and little productive researchers.
