摘要：Este artículo nace de la investigación "El empresario bogotano y su acción" que tiene como objetivo estudiar al empresario fundador en Bogotá (Colombia), desde la dinámica de las interrelaciones que el empresario establece entre su propio ser, familia y trabajo, interactuando en un contexto determinado. Para esta investigación se definen seis categorías de análisis, pero este artículo se centra en una: las percepciones del empresario frente al crecimiento de su empresa de acuerdo con la etapa en la que se encuentra. Las conclusiones dan cuenta que sentimientos, necesidades, percepciones, crisis y motivaciones del empresario, se transforman a medida que la empresa progresa que las posibilidades de obtener altas tasas de crecimiento se empiezan a agotar y que cada etapa de transición demanda nuevos estilos de dirección.
其他摘要：This article has its origin in the research "The entrepreneur in Bogotá and its action". The objective of the research is to study the entrepreneur founder based in Bogota, from the dynamics of the interrelationships between the entrepreneur itself, his family, and work; all this interactions in a given context. For this study six categories are defined, but this article focuses on one: the employer’s perceptions of its business growth according to the stage where the company is located. The conclusions are interesting because it shows how the feelings, needs, perceptions and motivations of the entrepreneur are transformed with the growth of the company; each stage demands a new management style.
