摘要：El objetivo del trabajo respecto de los indicadores sociales es identificar áreas con ciertos rasgos de homogeneidad social que tengan la suficiente entidad, por la magnitud de su población, como para ser identificadas como áreas sociales homogéneas y que combinadas con otras variables de carácter físico-urbanístico nos permitan finalmente identificar barrios funcionales. Tenemos tres bloques temáticos desde donde se pueden construir indicadores que son incisivos en el hecho de la homogeneidad; éstos son: el Espacio Urbano atendiendo a las Divisiones Administrativas, El Espacio Histórico y el Soporte Físico del ámbito; el Espacio Socioeconómico y el Espacio Residencial. Sobre ellos se construirán las síntesis críticas que definirán las áreas homogéneas. Abstract: The aim of this work regarding to social indicators is to identify areas with certain features of social homogeneity due to the dimension that have enough magnitude due to the dimension of its populatuion, so they can be identify as social homogeneous areas and that combined with others physical-urbanistic variables finally will allow us to identify fonctional quarters. The work is divided in three blocks from where we can bild indicators that are indispensable in the homogeneity fact, wich are: The Urban Space,attending to Administrative Divisions, the Historical Space and Physical Support of the work area, the Socioeconomic Space and the Residential Space. Based on them, there will be built a critical synthesis that will defined the homogeneous areas.
