摘要：The educational system in general, and the university in particular, have the responsibility to educate the professionals of the future in the basic competences and skills that will allow them to succeed in their professional activity. In the framework of our society one of the professional competences that is so important is the one related to the effective use of information. The aim of this research is to present an overview of the way Spanish Universities, in the sector of health sciences, include the education about that competence. This paper analyses the programmes of each degree related with health sciences. The research presents an approach about the contents of the official programmes, and on the way these contents are included.
